📦 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Please use India Post. A courier charge of ₹100 will be reimbursed for approved damaged/wrong-item claims.
🔁 Replacement: Replacement orders will be shipped within 5 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
💰 Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable, the refund will be processed within 2 working days after approval.
