Return & Exchange
❌No returnsfor customized orders with incorrect size.
✅ Damaged/Wrong items: Must provide an unedited unpacking video showing the sealed package and defect.
📩 Contact within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp: 9030022724 to initiate a return/exchange.
📦 Return shipping by customer (unless wrong/damaged item). Use India Post only. ₹100 courier fee will be reimbursed.
🔁 Replacement shipped within 5 business days after return is received and approved.
💰 Refunds (if applicable) processed in 2 working days if replacement is unavailable.
